Project Schedule

Municipal bond funding has been secured through partial construction. A design study report has been completed. Public meetings were held November 2008, followed by final Phase I design, right-of-way negotiations, and Phase I construction, which is scheduled for April 2010. Final Phase II designs are scheduled for June 2010, followed by right-of-way acquisitions and Phase II construction anticipated in 2011.
