Welcome to the 9th Avenue Reconstruction Project Website.

The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) Project Management and Engineering Division (PM&E) and their consultant, USKH, are working on the 9th Avenue Reconstruction Project from L Street to LaTouche Street. 

The project was divided into two segments with the first phase, from L Street to Cordova Street, beginning in the summer of 2010. The road secion between A Street and C Street will be completed in 2011. Phase II design, Cordova Street to Latouche Street, is currently underway and construction is anticipated to start in the summer of 2012.The following link provides an overview of the project area.
